At Grace ABA, our mission is to empower individuals and families through compassionate, specialized care. We provide tailored ABA therapy for neurodivergent children and adolescents that have an autism diagnosis. Our focus is on building essential life skills, communication, and social development.
We are a clinician-owned practice that embraces diversity and complexity, offering personalized treatment for those who may require specific expertise. We aim for a deep understanding of each patient's unique needs to provide individualized tools and support for significantly improving quality of life.

Cassandra Bailey, MA, BCBA, LBA
Cassandra began her career in ABA in California in 2010 and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014. In addition to working directly with individuals and families, she holds eight years of experience managing multi-state ABA programs, leading hundreds of Clinical Directors and BCBAs as well as managing large operations. Cassandra lives in Lagrange, GA with her husband, three kids, two dogs and cat. She is passionate about serving her community and advocating with and for families navigating neurodivergent diagnoses.
